In January 2022, Sandra joined Amazon Web Services for Executive Recruiting. Prior to this, at VISA, Inc, she helped build the Executive Recruiting team and supported Tech Executives in North America and LATAM. Earlier, she influenced Executive Recruiting at three GE business units in North and Latin America. Before GE, Sandra excelled at Microsoft and owned a recruiting business for emerging tech start-ups.
